Spreading Holiday Cheer at Froedtert Hospital

The holiday season is a time for giving, and The Eric Scherbarth Leukemia Research Foundation is beyond grateful to have the opportunity to bring smiles and comfort to patients at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa. This year, we were honored to deliver our Christmas donation gift bags to patients at the OPAT Day Surgery / Infusion 3rd Floor.

Each thoughtfully curated bag includes:
🧦 Cozy socks to keep warm during treatment
💧 Hand lotion & lip balm for added comfort
🖊️ A notebook & pen for journaling or jotting down thoughts
🌟 A stress relief ball to help ease anxiety
🎟️ Gift cards for food, beverages, gas, and even dinner and a movie

These small tokens of care are our way of reminding patients that they are not alone in their fight against blood cancers. The smiles we saw on delivery day were truly heartwarming, and they reinforced why we do what we do.

A huge thank you to our incredible donors and supporters who make these gifts possible. Your generosity allows us to continue supporting patients and their families while advancing vital leukemia research.

As we reflect on the season of giving, we invite you to join us in spreading hope and joy. Every contribution helps us extend our mission and make an impact on those facing some of life’s most challenging battles.

From all of us at The Eric Scherbarth Leukemia Research Foundation, thank you for being a part of this journey. Together, we’re making a difference—one act of kindness at a time.
